Special Instructions

1.
Crush the crystal along with the honey malt
2.
combine with 1.25 gal of water and let steep 150-160 for 30 mins
3.
Add the malt and rice extract
4.
Add boiling hops and boil for 60 mins (Spalt)
5.
Add the flavor hops for the final 20 mins (Saaz)
6.
Add the Irish Moss for the final 10 mins
7.
Add the aroma hops for the final 5 mins
8.
Strain and Sparge immediately and add 2 gals of cold water in the fermenter and top off to make 5 gal
9.
Aerate the wort and pitch yeast at 70 degrees
10.
Ferment at 70 for one week
11.
prime with sugar and bottle, bottle within 2 weeks
12.
3/4 cup sugar to bottle
