Special Instructions
1.Strike 2 gallons at 161F (will take down temp to 124)
2.Boil an hour at 150F
3.Mash out at 170F
4.Sparge with ~ 3.75 gallons, or until 15L are collected
5.Boil 90 min, add hops at 60 and 30, add 5TBSP coriander ( 1 tbps per 3L preboil) at 15 min, zest from one lemon and one orange at 10 min
