Start with 2 to 2.5 gallon strike water (loses 0.5 gallon to absorption). Sparge with about another gallon and a half to get to boil volume. Add 10 oz of unsweetened coconut, no additives, and dry hop in a steeping bag for five days if bottling. If kegging, add bag before purging with Co2 and “dry hop” in the keg. Ferment at 67 degrees Fahrenheit.
