This beer inspires mixing old weiss with pale ale style. Acidic taste is the specialty of this beer achieved through acid tartaric at the end of fermentation. Despite the use of lactic bacteria I'm going to check K-97 (ales) yeast more clean and sure during fermentation although probably most ruvid than fermentation with lactic bacteria.
