A dry-hopped Session Pilsner. At 4.5% this amber-hued lager packs a malty punch with toasty Munich character and a light caramel sweetness. From here, things take a sharp turn towards the hoppy flavour, with some serious US citrus packed classic hops.

This recipe was cloned from Hop Rocker Agressive Lager.

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 65 deg for 75 mins (2.5L water/kg grain)
2.
Sparge with 85 deg water. Aim for 16.5L of boil water after sparge

Boil for 60 mins
4.
Add first lot of hops to the boil
5.
Add yeast nutrient and irish moss 10 mins before flame out
6.
Add remaining hops at flame out
7.
Add any additional water to get final batch size if required
8.
Chill down to 15-18 deg
9.
Pitch yeast
10.
Ferment at 16 deg
11.
Dry hop after fermentation
