Fermented in shed at 8-12 deg.

Moved to house at 1014 for diacetyl rest.
3.
Fermenter No. 1 bottled on 11/2/17. Yielding 37 bottles @ 500ml. SG 1010. 1g of priming sugar per 500ml. No priming yeast added.
6.
All bottles conditioned in kitched 1t 18-20 deg for 2 weeks.
7.
Move to shed for lagering - 3 months.
