Notes:

This beer has been a great beer for kegging. I get comments from friends that say "You made this!?". Then they say " I could drink this all day!".

Notes:

I kegged this beer after 2 weeks in fermenter. I kept it under 18 pounds of C02 pressure at 38 f for 1 week. It has a nice smooth flavor. Careful how much of it you drink!
