Heat up 2 Lts. of water at 72c Add grain and maintain temperture at 68c

Mash out at 75c for 2 minutes

Sparge twice 4.6 Lts. at 72 C
4.
Resulted volume 5.4 Lts to boil for 60 minutes

3 grams of hops at starting boil, 1 gr protofloc 15 min before flame out, 6 gr hops 10 before flame out, 6 gr hops at flame out
6.
Activate 4 gr. of yeast at 35c for 15 minutes
7.
Added wort in fermenter pitch in yeast, when temperature reached 20 C
8.
Wait 2 weeks
9.
Add 35 gr of dextrose for priming
10.
Racking
11.
Conditioning: 2 weeks
