Notes:

This turned out nicely, my favorite beer I've made so far. Not much to say just a pretty standard stout. Nice roasted coffee flavor, a bit of unsweetened cocoa, finishes nicely with a burnt/carmelized sugar character. Also some maltiness in the middle which I think is played up by the yeast character. Very happy!
