Special Instructions

1.
Use 14.9 litres for the mash.
2.
Mash in - 67 degrees.
3.
Mash at 67 degrees for 60 minutes.
4.
Mash out at 75 degrees for 10 minutes.
5.
Sparge with 16.4 litres at 75 degrees.
6.
Boil for 60 minutes.
7.
Add 15g of Pacific Jade at 60 minutes.
8.
Add Deltafloc tablet in at 15 minutes before the end of the boil.
9.
Cool wort down to 18-23 degrees.
10.
Pitch in M07 British Ale yeast.
11.
Ferment for 7-10 days at 18 degrees.
12.
Keg or bottle like normal.
