Notes:
Just tried Ballast Point Big Eye IPA this weekend. I was so surprised, it tasted so similar to this beer!
Notes:
Wonderful Peach, Pineapple aroma. Flavor is citrusy, and very piney bitter. Tastes good but leaves a strong, bitter and slightly unpleasant hop aftertaste. It has a bit of a sweet finish from a high final gravity. Next time would use milder flavoring hops, and use leaf hops for dryhopping.
