add honey after flameout

G: 10.52 (spot on). BIAB method used. 10 liters original wort, 3 liters sparging of the bag in second pot. once sparged add 3 liters to main brew pot. left to cool overnight and added yeast the next morning. no yeast starter used, was too lazy.
