Notes: More complex grain bill, longer boil, hops in boil longer, higher mash temp, first keg hop, first partial boil, no extra chill, changes to NW water profile. Partial Boil Process 1. Mash with 2 gallons of water, and 1g Gyps, 1g Eps, 1g CaCl (predicted pH 5.37) 2. Bring to a boil, add hops in proper time and add 2g Gyps, 1g Eps, 1g CaCl 3.
