Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Ferment 2 weeks at 65G.
2.
Condition in secondary at 55-60F for 2 to 6 months.
3.
Soak toasted oak chips in bourbon for 2 days. Pitch two weeks prior to bottling.
4.
Soak 2 oz (mass) kona coffee grounds in 8-16 fl oz boiled cooled water for overnight covered in fridge. Strain and pitch at bottling.
