Actual strike temp=165. Held at 148 for 60 min (with mash tun wrapped). Double coolers (with small chiller in 1, pump in the other) worked great. **Lots of sludge stuck in screen of keggle. Next time: siphon and/or increase wort total by 1-2 gal to account for loss.
