Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash 1 hour at 65C then up to 77C and sparge
2.
Sparge with water at 77C. Then on to boil
3.
Hops in as above
4.
Wort chiller in for two mins of boil
5.
Chilled to 24C thn run off
6.
Protofloc & 2 teaspoons of yeast nutrient for last 15 mins
7.
Fruit and Vanilla paste in for last 5 mins of boil
8.
Racked after 6 days SG1.008
9.
Cold crashed on 23rd April 10 days after brewing
10.
Bottled 27th April. Bulk primed with 60gm dex. 2 teaspoons boiled vanilla bean paste
