Dry Hop 3 days in Primary - 2 oz Citra - Add after day 2, once fermentation stalls

Dry Hop 3 days in Secondary - 2 oz Citra
6.
Dry Hop in Keg - 1 oz Citra - suspend from prv & leave til keg is empty
7.
Heat water to near boiling for sparge to keep bed at 168F
