Special Instructions

1.
heat 7.5 gallons water to 160 and mash at 145-150
2.
sparge with 3 gallons
3.
add bittering hops and boil for 60 mins
4.
Add flavoring hops clarifying agent at 50 mins
5.
cool and add yeast
6.
add equal parts grapefruit juice and keg
7.
Add potassium Metabiisulfite and potassium sorbate mixed in boiling water. chill in kegerator for 1 week before bottling
