Special Instructions

1.
Add Antioxin SBT to the brewing water at 55-60 C
2.
Lactose adds to OG/FG. OG = 1.053 /FG = 1.012 without lactose. FG with lactose will be around 1.021.

2 sachets Fermentis US-05
4.
Ferment at 18 C for 2 weeks, raise temperature to 20 for the last couple of days
5.
Add 1700 g mango pure along with the last dry hop addition 3 days prior to kegging
6.
Cold Crash only if you can keep air out of the headspace of your fermenter.
7.
Carbonate to 2,5 vol – or 6-7 g/l sugar
