water for mash 7 qts (8 qts next time), for sparge 3 qts, for boil 5 qts (all filtered city water)

Yeast starter: 6 tsp of DME in 400 ml water for 8 hrs in 80F water bath

strike temp 164F

pitching at 77F; mix 3.5 gals of 92F wort with 3.5 gals of 63F water

start fermentation at 67F for 1 day
7.
ferment at 53F in Primary (13 days), Secondary (52F for 9 days) and Lager (40F for 60 days) Start fermentation in 67FF)
8.
racked on 9/30/21
9.
primed with 1 cup DME in 3 cups water
10.
69x12oz (355ml) bottles, marked "MO"; bottled on 10/9/2021
11.
Broke thermometer during process, used IR thermometer as possible
