replaced yeast with WLP001 White Lab California Ale yeast. they have a stepped mash but I just did single step at 151F
Racked to 2nd and dry hopped. still fermenting very slowly . 1 bubble every 60-90 sec. corrected FG currently at 1.01 per pete drinks site. = 6.77% abv. Flavors of graham cracker, honey, nutty granola.
