1.Sept 06/21: Mashed in with 15.75L, 6ml phosphoric, 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
2.Hit 67c. 45 minute mash.
3.Sparged with 19.5L, 6ml phosphoric, 2.8g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
4.80c sparge water into 59c grainbed for 71c mashout. 20 minute timer.
5.Added 1oz sweet orange peel at 7 minutes left in the boil.
6.Sept 06/21: Pitched into 27c wort. Into FC set to 27c.
7.Sept 07/21 5pm: Fermenting vigourously but dropping krausen. FC up to 29c.
