Special Instructions

Steep Caramel Malt for 15minutes at 65C. Rinse out caramel bag in cold water.
2.
Remove bag and bring water back to Strike temp.
3.
Mash 2 row at 66C for 60min. Ferment at 16C to 18C is a must for 30days. Condition at 18C
4.
Carb at 2.5Volume
