Notes:

Warm from the box, 33 days after bottling. This thing is tasty just peachy right now and has really improved on the carbonation. It really feels like it has dried out a bit more. I am hoping that the funk comes on heavy soon. Still fantastic, the Citra really makes it.

Notes:

Bottled on June 24th, in the fridge for two days. This beast is tasting great and looking fine. The only thing lacking right now is the carbonation. There is definitely carbonation but it is quite soft, my guess is around 2.3 volumes. The aroma imparts huge tropical notes; mango, papaya, pineapple, tangerine, all of them mingle magnificently with a smooth funk that I enjoy but cannot place. For a beer that clocks in at a 6ish%ABV it is remarkably drinkable, dangerously so even. Once this gal peps up it might just be my new favourite Saison...ever.
