Brew in a Bag method
2.
Heat 5 gallons of water to 145-150 degrees and mash for 60 minutes
3.
Sparge with 2-3 gallons of 160 degree water to raise the boil up to 7.5 gallons
4.
Boil for an hour adding 2 oz of Chinook
5.
Add 2oz of Citra at flame out
6.
Dry hop with 2oz each of El Dorado and Amarillo for 5 days
