First Hard Seltzer attempt for sister in-law to try. Have some grapefruit oil flavoring from my regular seltzer water i make and thought...hey, i can make it of the adult variety easy enough! will start shooting for about 5?V and use about 90 drops of flavor oil after kegging. I'll use table sugar, inverting with a couple tsp of lemon juice or cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate) before boiling in about a gallon of water. If this doesn't work, i'll just use vodka or everclear for the next attempt.
