Special Instructions

Extract made up with boiled water and cold tap water. Yeast nutriant added

Grapefruit peel and juice from 3 fruit boiled in the water

2 lts Pineapple Juice added

Made up to 22lts with cold water.
5.
Yeast added at 22C SG 1.038. Fermenting well after 24 hrs.
6.
Zest and juice of grapefruits added at Primary and secondary fermentation
7.
Racked 5 days after brewing (SG1.012)
8.
Into Cellar after ten days. Crashed for 3 days
9.
Bottled on 14th July - SG 1.010
10.
Primed with 500ml pink grapefruit juice and 35g Dex. Plus 10 tabs Suc.
