Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring water to 156F so its 150F after grains are added
2.
Add grain bill and steep at 150F for 60min or until OG 1.044
3.
Boil for 60min adding after dealing with hot break to minimize foaming
4.
Last 15min add chiller to sterilize and add whirlflock
5.
Chill down to 80F and transfer to fermentation barrels
6.
Pitch yeast
