Honey Malt, Caramel & Chocolate grains steep for 30 minutes.
Stir in Dark LME, Light LME, then DME.
1oz Williamette hops for 60 minute & 30 minute boil.
Add Whirlfloc tablet for 15 min boil.
Add 2 sticks of cinnamon & 2 vanilla beans to the primary fermentation.
Fermented for 14 days, bottle conditioned for 15 days.

Notes:
Brown Ale but taste borders with an Amber Ale. Has a light but malty flavor with the cinnamon more prevalent on the nose and vanilla subtle on the back end.
