There really is no boil for this. I steeped grains in 2 gallons of water at 152 degrees for 45 minutes like original recipe. Then added LME and 2.5 lbs of sugar. Added 2 more gallons of water. Brought brought water up to 160-170 and did whirlpool, which was 1 oz Columbus and 2 oz Citra. Added 1 more oz of citra for last 5 minutes of whirlpool.
I didn't have calcium chloride. After one day of fermentation I added 3 oz of citra.
Gravity was at 1.020 after 11 days in ferm bucket.
