Notes:

This one turned out great! Definitely the best one I have done when comparing it to the style. If I was to do something different next time I think more rye would be good. Could not pick up a whole lot of it in this one. It was more wheat forward. Adding some type of fruit would go nicely as well. Nothing too strong but something subtle would taste great.
