Special Instructions

1.
Make a 1,5 liter starter if you use fresh yeast
2.
Or use 23 g of dried yeast
3.
Add WLN4100 enzyme to the fermentor at some point. Could be added with the yeast – or even to the mash.

Ferment at 12 C for 18 days
5.
Raise temperatur to 15-16 C for 3 days
6.
Rack to keg keep cold for 6 weeks. Carbonate to 2.8 vol.
7.
Or transfer to bottles. Use 6 g/l sugar for carbonation. Keep in room temperature for 10 days. Then lager cold for 6 weeks.
