Special Instructions

Coriander powder. peel and frozen fruit boiled for 15 mins in 1.5 lts water

Extract made up with strained above and fruit juices.
3.
Made up to 22lts with cold water.
4.
Yeast and Pure Brew added at 22C SG 1.052
5.
Racked on 19th May 2021. Into cellar.
6.
4 days later Frozen Berries added plus Lactic Acid and salt. SG1.010.
7.
Cold Crashed on 8th June days.
8.
Bottled on 10th June Bulk primed with 60gms brewing sugar. SG1.0
