Apr 03/21: Mashed in with 14.2L, 1.5ml phosphoric, 3g CaCl2, 2.5g CaSO4

Hit 64c, 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 20.8L, 1.5ml phosphoric, 3g CaCl2, 2.5g CaSO4
4.
Added 80c water to 57c mashbed, hit 68c. 20 minute mash.

Apr 03/21 1pm: Into FC set to 18c.
6.
Apr 04/21 8am: First sign of a krausen. FC down to 14c to begin fermentation. Down to 13.5c later this evening.
7.
Apr 05/21 9pm: FC at 13.5c, laser beer at 15c.
8.
Apr 08/21 930pm: Krausen dropping and fermentation slowing. FC up to 16.5c
9.
Apr 09/21 7am: Laser beer at 16.5c, FC up to 18c.
10.
Apr 17/21 930am: Took carboy into cold room to begin crashing.
11.
May 01/21: Bottling Day! 4.62oz dextrose to 19L at 18c for 2.6 volumes.
12.
Not sure why the FG is so high.
