Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 65?c for 1 hour
2.
Add amalayse enzyme as soon as to Temperature
3.
Remove grains and lay on grill or greeting on top of pot for boil
4.
Add 1 Oz cascade at start of boil
5.
Add 1/2 whirlflock tablet last 5 minutes of boil
6.
As wort is cool after 60 minute boil blend 1 full orange (including peel) 1 bag of frozen blueberries
7.
Add 1 tbs of pure vanilla extract (not artificial) and blend
8.
Add blended mixture to wort prior to pitching yeast
9.
Transfer to secondary after 7 days
10.
Add another orange, bag of blueberries and vanilla to secondary poured into a dry hop bag
11.
Let sit in secondary for 7 days
12.
Add Kreamex priming sugar and bottle
