Notes:

The force carbonated portion tasted great. Slightly over carbonated, but very easy to drink. The bottled version was under carbonated. With the increased carbonation, could be slightly too acidic. Maybe bump up mash pH by 0.1. Otherwise, very good beer. Something I will brew again.
