2.OG: 1.059-1.060
3.Came out bad. Not sure why. Seemed Oxidized. Color turned dark after bottling and had similar off flavors.
4.Did I leave a bunch of large particles on the bottom of the fermentor? Did I oxidize it while waiting for it to cool to pitching temps?
