Primary Ferment at ~70-72 degrees for the first 3 days. Then increase temp to 76-78 degrees for the remainder of primary ferment

Notes:

Carbonation is much better. Beer has mellowed and the slight alcohol flavor observed previously has decrease drastically.

Has good flavor. More keg conditioning is needed to get eh Carbonation up to where it needs to be.
