Special Instructions

1.
Steep small amount of rye and oats in pre boil water , remove at 168F
2.
At Boil, add 3.3Lbs of liquid malt extract and bittering hops in screen Boil 30 minutes
3.
Add honey and sugars with 10 min remaining, along with yeast nutrient
4.
Whirlpool after boil and add Citra addition in screen
5.
Ferment chilled / inoculated wort at 60-68F, add dry hops during or after mayhem
6.
Ferment for 10 days crash it at 1.015 FG
