Special Instructions

1.
Bring mash water to boil (3 gal, top off in necessary), take off heat, add DME and sugar.
2.
Bring back to boil, add 60 min hops, then 10 min hops / Irish moss, then 5 min hops.
3.
Cool wort to 110 in ice bath, dump through strainer into fermenter.
4.
Add chilled RO water to 5.25 gal, take OG reading.
5.
Ferment at 74 - 78 degrees until no action for 3 days. (usually 1 week)
