Kept the pH high in the 5.3-5.4 range due to the dark malt. Gravity looked a bit low going into the kettle, so I boiled it hard but over shot it a bit and that gravity was on the high side. Used about .5L of Imperial Pilgrimage and added a sachet of 34/70. Dropped it down to 48* overnight and activity still hadn't start 12-16 hours later. Only got down to about 1.020 by 1/25 - gonna bring it upstairs to raise the temp and rouse the yeast. Hopefully it comes down a few points... Didn't help much, gonna pitch more yeast.
