Notes:
turned out 9.2%. its only been in the bottle a week so is very green, it will be aged for 3 months. Its got lots of bubblegum and black pepper notes, some alcohol heat. the aromatic malt and biscuit malt are coming through nicely and has a slight burn sugar end note from the candi sugar. finishes nice and dry. this will be a belter once its properly conditioned.
