Special Instructions

1.
Mash with 3.5 gallons of water at @ 155 degrees.
2.
Sparge with 4.5 gallons of water at @ 170 degrees to capture 7 gallons for boil.

Add gypsum at start of boil.

Rehydrate Irish mosh in small amount of water and add to wort at 10 minutes.
