Mash Steps

Special Instructions
1.Heat 18L water to 72C.
2.Add Mash. Temperature should drop to between 66C and 68C.
3.Mash for 60 minutes.
4.Heat 12L water to 80C.
5.Slowly sparge while wort drains.
6.Boil for 60 minutes.
7.Add 20g hops when 30 minutes of the boil remains.
8.Add 20g hops when 2 minutes of the boil remains.
9.Add 10g aroma hops at 80C for 10 to 20 minutes.
10.Cool quickly to 20C.
11.Pitch yeast and ferment between 18C and 24C for 14 days.
12.Bottle and carbonate with dextrose (2.5ml per 440ml bottle) for 14 days.
