1.Pitched two packets of yeast. mix of 2 different strains due to availability. pitched into vitality starter of 600ml DME for 4 hours before pitching into wort.

4.1 campden tablet added to mash water
5.pitch yeast between 9 to 12c and ferment for 5 days
6.bring indoors for another 5 days
7.crash beer for 5 days, rack to secondary and lager for another 15 days
