The hops came through the malts, with a good head retention. All Malts are from Crisp. Archer Hops are a relation of Cascade and can be bought from "Charles Farram" Malvern West Worcestershire UK. Very nice beer will be good for the Summer. Spices added at 15 min boil. OG 1.066 25/05/2021
