Special Instructions

1.
Sparged at 170F to produce 6.5 gallon of wort for boil.
2.
Boil for one hour, add hops and Irish Moss or Whirlfloc at appropriate times.
3.
From start to finish beer was bottled in 5 weeks from keg and never saw temperatures above 60F except for a couple days prior to cold stabalizing. I like to carbonate around 34F.
4.
My FG came in low for some reason which is the reason for the 1lb. extract added to primary so you may want to wait and make FG test at flame out. ABV should be 4.5
