Special Instructions

1.
Heat 1gal water to 170?F
2.
Mash grains and pumpkin in 1gal @ 160?F for 20mins
3.
Top up to 6.5gal, boil, brew.
4.
Whirlfloc @ 15mins.
5.
Spices (Go EASY with cloves; just a pinch!) get added during flameout along with final hop addition
6.
Whirlpool and let hot wort settle for 15mins before cooling.
