stir every few days then let sit...then cold crash to clear

Notes:

Beer tastes great!!! The tartness of the apricot comes through very well. Carb is a little low but seems to work for this beer. has a thick necter mouth feel. well liked by all. does not have the full on apricot taste like the pyrimid apricot ale. I feel they must have used flavoring at bottling?
