Used 1 gram of cloves 5 min boil. Hops are "Archer" a relative of "Cascade" obtained from "Charles Faram" Malvern West Worcestershire UK. Bottle conditioned with 1 teaspoon of "Table Sugar". Was expecting a haze in the Ale but came out clear, and very tasty, and refreshing. A mild taste of a "Cloves" and "Banana". The "Fermentis Safbrew Abbey Yeast" brought out good flavours. I Will defiantly brew it again
